Bakcang

This huge special pork bakcang was Enyo and I's snack this afternoon. Felt good that at last I could eat it again after years. It was delicious though a bit hard. The taste was a perfect combination of sticky rice, pork, and salted egg, with special bamboo leaves smell. What a delicious yet fatty late snack!
